At "Piano Bar" the lovers of Japanese food will enjoy a variety of signature rolls, sushi and sashimi created by our Sushi Chef Anatoly Son. From the hot menu may we recommend Chilean seabass marinated in honey and chili pepper and fried on tepan. The delicious tepan-fried vegetables with beef fillet and Oyster sauce is also not to be missed.
Additionally, no one would resist the signature Dim-Sum from our Chinese chef-consultant Dun Chzhehuar.
Extensive tea menu is there to highlight the originality of Japanese dishes or - if you wish - it can be supplemented by amazing French desserts or simply by a quick and tasty European snack.
