Dear Tatiana and Vladimir, On behalf of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce (RBCC) I want to thank you and your colleagues from Sheraton Palace Hotel Moscow for supporting and hosting the RBCC Christmas Cocktails 4 December 2009. The evening was without doubt one of our most successful events of the year – having spoken with some of the guests I can safely say that they were all very impressed by the venue and facilities. These evenings would not be so successful - indeed they would not be possible - without your support, so thank you for making it a reality. We are most grateful to you and your colleagues at the Sheraton Palace Hotel for providing such a beautiful and stylish venue, and such a very warm welcome to all the guests. The food and drink was wonderful - special thank you to Daniel Egreteau for this. A very special thank you for the professionalism of all your colleagues, which created a wonderful friendly and festive atmosphere, thank you for making sure the event ran smoothly. All our guests were delighted! I sincerely hope that your hosting of the December Business networking will assist you in finding new business contacts and potential business partners and clients, and I look forward to further cooperation in the future. In the nearest time I will send you the scanned business cards of all the guests of the event. We highly value your support and it is an honour for us to have your Hotel as our Member.

Recently I stayed again in the Sheraton Palace Hotel in Moscow and I can’t let this go without saying…
From the moment I started the booking to the end of my stay I had the feeling that I was the most important customer. The check in were in their Usual “you are the most important customer mood “ which is fantastic ! It didn’t matter who I met from your staff , there is an air of professionalism and friendliness in the hotel that makes the stay an absolute pleasure ! The room was excellent , The room service excellent, The house keeping attentive and perfect. Sport club staff were excellent ...Now to the cream on the cake ! The club lounge … I don’t know where you got your staff from ?, but they are really do their upmost to make a guest feel as close to home as possible! The manager and the whole staff (Ekaterine / Roma and the whole crew) were just perfect! ) There is a saying “ you never get a second chance to make a first impression “ well those people are in the first impression business.
So now you are thinking where is the horrible complaint ???? Well how do you expect the rest of the Sheraton chain to reach those standards if you spoil your guests in Moscow.

Our stay was SUPERB!!!
First of all our room had been upgraded to a jr. suite.
The room was great: spacious and well appointed.
Two bathrooms was a real plus.
We were greeted at the front desk by Tatiana Pronitcheva.
This lady is the kind of employee every hotel needs at their front desk.
She was pleasant, courteous, patient, and most of all totally helpful.
There was also a concierge on duty that day who was also exceptional.
She had some time off during the rest of our stay so we didn’t see her again but she was fabulous on that first day.
She spent a lot of time with us to make sure we had all the information we wanted.
There were several front desk people and another consignier who we dealt with and they were all exceptional.
Our stay was everything one would want from an outstanding hotel!
Can’t say enough about this truly great staff.

When we came to Moscow, Russia to visit a friend playing professional hockey there, we didn't know quite what to expect upon arrival. The staff at the Sheraton Palace really took great care of us, from arranging a ride to and from the airport in a luxury car to getting us tickets to the Bolshoi and backstage access to the Kremlin itself! They guided us to the coolest restaurants and shopping, too. It was really quite amazing and our perception of Russia was really changed by the end of the trip, thanks to the great help and service from the people at the Sheraton Palace Moscow!

We adopted our two little children from Russia. We were on our first of two trips to meet our children in a town near the Ural Mountains, and the time came to say goodbye to our babies until we could return for our court hearing. Tear stricken, tired, having spent 4 nights at a local hotel with no hot water; we arrived in Moscow on our way back to the soft sweet pillows and warm showers of the Sheraton. We thought we were in Heaven, and it made saying goodbye to our babies a little easier. We returned two months later, this time a party of 4!

I have been staying at the hotel since April 2005, on a quite a regular basis, and your staff has never ceases to amaze me. They have continuously gave me exceptional service, smiles, friendliness and made the stay away from my home more bearable.
